His work includes acclaimed projects such as Legacy, which was selected as South Africa’s official submission to the Academy Awards, as well as multiple award-winning films recognized at international festivals.
Beyond filmmaking, William has developed a deep interest in consciousness, spirituality, and the unexplained. Through Strange and Mysterious World, he brings together leading thinkers, mystics, scientists, and experiencers to explore topics ranging from ancient civilizations and hidden history to altered states of consciousness, UFO phenomena, and the nature of reality itself.

Lee Strydom
Lee Strydom is the co-host of Strange and Mysterious World, bringing a grounded, curious, and open-minded perspective to the exploration of life’s greatest mysteries.
With a deep and long-standing interest in the unexplained, Lee has spent years researching subjects such as UFO phenomena, consciousness, ancient civilizations, and hidden aspects of reality. He previously served as the Director of the Mutual UFO Network in South Africa, where he played a key role in investigating and engaging with reports of extraterrestrial encounters. After many years in the position, he stepped away from the role, carrying forward a wealth of knowledge and firsthand insight into the field.
Alongside his passion for the mysterious, Lee maintains a grounded, real-world career — a balance that allows him to approach these subjects with both skepticism and curiosity. This dual perspective makes him an essential voice on the podcast, often asking the questions listeners are thinking and helping to anchor complex ideas in relatable understanding.
